GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Clause 1: Purpose
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company SARL LE BREAK and its customer in the context of the sale of the following services:
Rental of :
– Bungalow – 4 People at the rate of 80€ TTC / night for 2 people – Apartment – 4 People at the rate of 120€ TTC / night for 2 people.
A supplement of 15€ TTC / additional person from 2 years old.
– A cleaning fee of 35€ (Bungalow) and 50€ (Apartment) including tax is mandatory per reservation.
– 12€ TTC per person for breakfast
Clause n° 2 : Price
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated exclusive of tax. Our prices include VAT.
The company SARL LE BREAK reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated at the time the order is placed.
Clause n° 3 : Reservation
The SARL LE BREAK offers its clients several means of reservation.
– Reservation by phone: reserve by phone by calling us at the following number: 06 92 39 74 01.
– Reservation by internet : Search for availability, choose your accommodation, pay online on the website : www.kazorea.com
Clause n°4 : Payment of the reservation
The customer has the obligation to pay 30% of the total amount of the reservation by credit card from the site and by check or bank transfer when booking by phone.
The balance is to be paid on the spot at the time of your arrival in CB, check, check vacancy or in cash.
Additional services can be booked and paid for on site if not booked online.
Clause n°5 : Arrival and Departure
The arrival to the accommodation can be done from 3 pm. If a guest is to arrive late, he/she is required to inform the owner in advance in order to prepare his/her arrival.
The departure from the accommodation is at the latest at 11 am.
Clause n°6 : Insurance and security
Animals: the presence of animals is not allowed by the owner.
Swimming pool: The pool is not supervised. Children are under the responsibility of the adults accompanying them.
Damage to property within the gite and accommodation: the client is responsible for any damage caused by him. It must therefore be insured.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Clause n° 7 : Cancellation of reservation
Cancellation 30 days before the beginning of the stay: The customer recovers the totality of the deposit.
Cancellation within 30 days of the beginning of the stay: The customer does not get back the deposit.
Cancellation by the owner: the owner can cancel a stay at any time. If this happens, the owner will contact you to inform you of the cancellation of the stay. The customer will get back the amount of the deposit.
Clause 8: Data Collection
By booking on the online platform and by phone, the owner will keep the information necessary for the reservation: Name, First name, phone and email address. This data is kept in a secure file. Your payment details are not visible or kept by SARL LE BREAK and the online payment is completely secure, thanks to the SSL encryption of the HTTPS URL of the site.
